The main core of the Digital Services Administration is developing and operating all systems and e-services for the entire university’s sectors and clients. It operates its services through a specialized team or through contracted companies for big projects.
The Administration has for departments (Analysis, Service Quality, Development, and Programming, and Operation). These departments work in harmony with each other from the beginning of the service life cycle until it reaches the beneficiary of the service. It also provides technical support for the services through the activated technical support channels at the Deanship.
