Deanship of IT and Distance Learning has developed a comprehensive system that manages its services. It has automated the procedures and issue reporting, besides providing an e-solutions for such issues.
IT Services Management System was launched on 2017/3/13. It an integrated tools that enable PSAU members to file a technical report and enable the deanship members from following and solving such reports upon the defined standard. Moreover, the deanship has established the Beneficiaries Service Center to set one communication point for receiving all technical reports.
Furthermore, the deanship will be pleased for showing the statistics of the IT Services Management System for the last quarter of 2017.
