The Deanship has completed the training workshop for website editors entitled: “Managing Website Content through the Content Management System Drupal”. The workshop was held on Monday, 29/4/1442 AH, via the virtual hall through Zoom application. It was presented by the university's portal team in the presence of Vice-Dean for E-Services and a number of Administration Managers at the Deanship.
The workshop began with a speech from Vice-Dean for e-Services, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Daej, in which he welcomed the editors of the university’s websites, stressing the importance of their effective role in managing content and reflecting the good image of their entities by continuous feeding of information. Moreover, the Deanship provided a guide for managing the website’s content and how to take advantage of the available features with ease.
Furthermore, Mr. Abdullah Al-Enezi Manager of Digital Content Administration, explained that the workshop aims to develop capabilities and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with websites and employ them in the educational, research and publishing fields.
Mr. Walid Al-Sulaiten Applications Administration Manager stated that the Deanship seeks to continue the development and improvement of its systems and services. Then, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Anqari delivered a speech indicated that the Deanship is eager to provide knowledge and technical support and to create channels of communication with all clients of the e-portal to overcome the difficulties that may occur to the editors.
