In line with the General Administration of IT's objectives to enhance staff skills and capabilities, a training course titled "Change Management Fundamentals" was organized in collaboration with the General Administration of Human Resources at the University. The course took place on Monday, February 5th, 2024, in the VIP Hall of Building No. 6 at the College of Medicine and spanned three days.
Topics covered during the course included the concept of change management, its benefits, resistance to change, the relationship between strategic planning and project management with change management, types of change, roles and responsibilities, and change management processes. Several staff members of the administration attended the course.
