ITDL Deanship received on Tuesday 25/682019 for the second time the ISO Certificate in Information Security 27001. The certificate duration is three years.
It is worth mentioning, that the deanship has an information security system that defines the requirement, procedures and policies needed for reducing the risk on the information.
It makes the Deanship able to ensure the maximum security of information in accordance with specific controls, and raise awareness in the university community to reduce the risks resulting from human errors, and the continuity of updating systems and technologies required to respond to information risks and keep pace with them.
The Dean of Information Technology and Distance Education Dr. Khalid Alnowaiser expressed his delight with the achievements of the Deanship. He urged everyone to continue develop and improve the efficiency of technical systems, and the services in accordance with international quality standards.
