PSAU’s General Administration of IT has unveiled a range of E-services on the “Tawakkalna” application, delivering quick and secure access to administrative and technical information.
To begin with, faculty members and staff can request salary certificates, verify business trips and committees, track assets and overtime, and review payroll and allowances. They can also file IT support requests, follow training courses, and utilize the “Tawasol” feature for direct communication with PSAU leadership.
Students have access to similar IT support functions, the ability to check approved training programs, and the option to engage with university officials using “Tawasol.”
Additional services will be rolled out soon. In the meantime, the General Administration of IT urges all PSAU affiliates to follow the university’s “Tawakkalna” account to stay informed about new services as they are introduced, thereby ensuring an enhanced E-experience.
