Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the General Administration of Information Technology, has announced the launch and integration of a new set of university-specific electronic services within the national comprehensive application “Tawakkalna.” This initiative aims to enhance digital transformation and facilitate students’ and employees’ access to their services through a unified platform.
This step comes in implementation of the circular issued by the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, mandating the adoption of “Tawakkalna” as an additional and compulsory channel for delivering digital government and university services.
The newly added electronic services include:
- Permission Request Service
- Fingerprint Addition Request Service
- Official Mission Request Service
- Balances and Leave Services
This initiative represents a continuation of the university’s efforts toward digital transformation and strengthening integration between governmental and educational service platforms. It serves students and staff alike, contributes to increasing operational efficiency, and improves service quality, in alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 for the digitalization of public services.
