The General Administration of IT Launches a New Suite of Academic Services via the E-Portal and Mobile App

The General Administration of IT has launched a new suite of academic services through the e-portal and mobile application, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital solutions and improve the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.
The services available through the mobile application include View Evaluation Results, which allows students to conveniently access their evaluation results, and Update English Name, which enables students to submit requests to update their names electronically.
The services introduced through the e-portal also include Internal Course Equivalency, which allows students to submit course equivalency requests and track their status online, in addition to Student Grade Adjustment, which enables course instructors to submit requests to amend students’ grades through the academic services e-portal.
The introduction of these services is part of the Administration’s ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation, streamline academic procedures, and enable beneficiaries to complete their transactions through reliable and accessible digital channels.
