The Center establishment regulations stipulated in the organization of the center issued by a decision of the Council of Ministers with the aim of raising the level of quality of e-learning and controlling its practices, especially with the accelerating global trend towards this type of education, which has become a strategic choice for the future.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
