The Enterprise Architecture Governance Committee at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj held its twenty-fifth meeting, chaired by Dr. Hamad bin Nasser Al‑Turaiki, Vice President of the University, in a move that reflects the University’s commitment to strengthening its digital governance framework and advancing its enterprise architecture in line with national best practices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, the Committee approved the Enterprise Architecture Governance Framework and its regulatory procedures, with the aim of enhancing integration between the University’s institutional strategy, technology systems, and operational processes. This is expected to contribute to better business organization and greater efficiency in institutional decision-making.

The Enterprise Architecture Office team also reviewed the action plan for obtaining the “Digital Excellence” certificate in enterprise architecture, which is awarded by the Digital Government Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The initiative aims to raise the University’s institutional maturity in implementing enterprise architecture practices and to further develop an integrated digital environment.

These efforts reflect Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University’s commitment to adopting the National Enterprise Architecture methodology and strengthening its capabilities in digital governance and digital transformation management, thereby enhancing the efficiency of services and operations in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 for digital government transformation.
