Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the General Administration of Information Technology, has launched the Electronic Delegation Service as a significant step toward enhancing digital transformation and streamlining administrative procedures for faculty members and staff.
This new service enables users to submit and track delegation requests electronically through a unified system, contributing to faster processes and saving time and effort.
His Excellency the University Vice President, Prof. Hamad bin Nasser Al-Turaiki, praised the vital role of digital transformation in improving university services and enhancing the beneficiary experience, reaffirming the university’s commitment to adopting best technological practices.
Mr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Salitin, Director General of the General Administration of Information Technology, stated that this service is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to modernize the work environment and provide high-quality services that support academic and administrative competencies, in line with the university’s future vision.
