Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University Launches New Digital Services via the National “Tawakkalna” App
Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University has launched a new package of its digital services through the comprehensive national application “Tawakkalna”, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the electronic services ecosystem and unify access channels. This initiative aims to support digital transformation and enable students and university staff to benefit from services easily and seamlessly through a single, integrated digital platform.
The inclusion of these services comes in implementation of the directives of the Digital Government Authority, which has approved the Tawakkalna application as an additional mandatory channel for delivering government and university services.
The newly available digital services provided by the University through the application include:

  • Academic Consultation Appointment Booking Service
  • Academic Performance Analysis Service
  • Student Enrollment Verification Service

This development reflects the University’s commitment to strengthening integration with national digital platforms, enhancing institutional performance efficiency, and improving the user experience for students and employees. It also aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in advancing service digitization and developing the education sector.
