On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the Digital Innovation Unit at the Deanship of Information Technology, organized an online introductory workshop targeting the participants qualified for the Digital Innovation Hackathon. This initiative is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to foster an innovative environment and enhance digital competencies among its members.
The workshop aimed to prepare participants for the next stage of the hackathon. It featured a comprehensive presentation covering the hackathon concept and objectives, the basic requirements for participation, and the process for presenting innovative solutions to the judging panel. Additionally, participation guidelines and the nature of the awards for the top three positions were highlighted.
The workshop witnessed active engagement from the participants and concluded with an open Q&A session addressing organizational and technical aspects of participation. This interaction supported the teams in developing their ideas and transforming them into practical digital solutions.
