University Vice President Meets with the Leadership of the General Administration of IT

On Monday, 2 Rajab 1447 AH (22 December 2025), University Vice President Dr. Hamad bin Nasser Al‑Turaiki held a meeting with the leadership of The General Administration of IT to review the Administration’s achievements across its departments and units during 2025, and to discuss ambitious forward‑looking plans aimed at the continuous development of all technology services provided.
During the meeting, His Excellency reviewed presentations delivered by department and unit directors that highlighted the key accomplishments and services completed by each department, as well as the challenges they face and the mechanisms for addressing them—contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and improved service quality.
His Excellency praised the distinguished efforts of The General Administration of IT and the ongoing development evident in the performance of its tasks and functions. He emphasized the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of teamwork to achieve the university’s strategic targets.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency extended his thanks and appreciation to The General Administration of IT, represented by its Director Mr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al‑Sulaitin, and to all staff members, for their sincere efforts and dedication. He noted that these efforts present an honorable image of the Administration that aligns with the university’s aspirations and direction in technology and digital transformation, calling for redoubled efforts to realize the university’s ambitions across all domains—particularly in the digital sphere.
